We are pleased to present the fifth chapter in the novel, Forsaken Chains, read aloud by Margaret Jones-Bricker.
In this chapter, Detective McCauley devises his strategy and sets out to interview members of the law firm where Andrew Thornton was a practising solicitor. While he learns much about Thornton’s character, he discovers other tantalizing office intrigue that causes him to add to his suspect list.
